No real patient information
Do not enter real patient charts, identifying details, protected health information, or requests for treatment recommendations for a real patient. This platform is not an EHR or a telehealth service.
Clinical review comes first
The current application is a software preview. Cases are drafts awaiting qualified clinical review. They are not published or approved for student clinical training. No clinical answer keys, prescribing recommendations, AI patient responses, or performance grades are provided.

Any future prescription module must be clearly labeled SIMULATED PRESCRIPTION - EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY. No prescriptions are transmitted to pharmacies.
