Questions

How realistic are the patient encounters?

Sim Ed provides interactive, simulated patient encounters designed to reflect real-world clinical situations. Each scenario allows you to practice patient assessment, clinical reasoning, documentation, and decision-making. Patients are simulated, not real individuals. Never enter identifiable patient information.

Is AI used?

Yes. AI powers the simulated patients and the structured feedback. Feedback is educational and does not replace supervised clinical experience.

Who is it for?

Nurse practitioner students, new graduates, and practicing clinicians who want low-stakes practice.

Is the feedback a clinical evaluation?

No. Feedback reflects simulation performance only and does not certify clinical competency.

Do I need special equipment?

A modern browser is enough. A microphone is needed for voice interviews.
